On the Igrusha.pro website, you choose your preferred product, specify the address where it should be delivered, the phone number, the preferred time period - day and time, as well as provide additional information if necessary. For example, you can remind the driver how to easily find your building. In any case, having your landline and/or mobile phone numbers, our delivery person can contact you and make clarifications.
Delivery within Yerevan costs 1 000 ֏. If the total amount of the ordered product(s) exceeds 10 000 ֏, delivery will be free.
After logging into the website, you have the opportunity to track your order history on your personal page and see the date, status ("Placed", "Processing", "Delivered", etc.) of this or that order, as well as the cart value.
Before starting delivery, our operator will contact you and clarify the delivery conditions of the order, the time and place convenient for you, offering the nearest possible delivery time.
Deliveries are made by us within 24 hours after placing the order.
If you want to receive the order at two different addresses, please place two different orders. Within one order, the product can only be delivered to one address.
Return Conditions
If the product you purchased has not undergone qualitative and quantitative changes, you can return it within 2 days by presenting the receipt or invoice. However, if your desire to return the product is due to its qualitative characteristics, you can replace this product with another one with the help of our assistant.
